Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has declared seven Southern California Counties in a state of emergency. Seven Southern California Counties are experiencing wildfires. The seven counties include Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Barbara, San Diego, and Ventura.
