211 LA County is a performance driven service center providing comprehensive information and referral, and specialized hotline services to over 600,000 callers each year. For 30 years our services have helped the most vulnerable and hard to reach populations connect with the services they need. The impact of our efforts is signficant and measureable. We consistently track information on services requested, report on a variety of call metrics, and provide other impact data that sheds light on the state of our families and communities. Our services constitute a front-line position in supporting the entire social service delivery system throughout the County.
