During the COVID-19 pandemic, an unprecedented number of people are calling 2-1-1 or using online chat to request assistance with information and referrals to support services. 211 LA has created a public data dashboard showing what people's needs are who are contacting 211 LA.

The dashboard is interactive and will be periodically updated with new data. Explore the data by hovering over the map and table for information, or using the filters to narrow the information. For example, if you click on "Groceries" in the needs table, the map will change to show how many people are calling for groceries by zip code.
