The Civilian Oversight Commission will hold a Town Hall at Malibu City Hall to receive feedback from the Malibu community regarding the Sheriff's Department's activities in the City, including response to the Woolsey Fire, homelessness, and other public safety issues of importance to Malibu residents.

Also available, beginning at 9:30 AM, will be resource booths for attendees including mental and public health resources, emergency services, victim services, and more.

The City of Malibu Cultural Arts Commission will exhibit artwork as part of the Malibu City Hall Exhibition related to the Woolsey Fire.  Artists of all ages are invited to submit their Woolsey Fire themed artwork to be a part of this collaborative community-wide show.  The exhibit will consist of approximately 40 pieces that will be on display through the summer 2019 season.

The Commission is accepting artwork of all mediums including, but not limited to: photography, paint, drawing, collage, free standing art, short films/video and written work. If selected, the art piece needs to be "display ready" with a hanging mechanism on the back.

Online application required. Please see weblink below for details.
