Group Exercise

This workout is a dynamic fitness program using Sala dance style moves. Come experience the exhilaration of moving your body to the rhythm of the music. This class features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms, stretching, and most importantly fun.

This class is designed to help you stay active. Learn how easy it is to maintain your cardio health and strengthen your muscles. You can exercise seated in your chair or stand up and exercise.

Learn basic yoga poses to combine breathing and relaxation. Build strength and flexibility, increase energy and relieve tension and stress, all while moving at your own pace.

Get fit while you dance. This cardiovascular workout will have you swinging to rhythm and blues while you burn calories. Improve your health while having fun! All are welcome.

Kids will have fun dancing to music while getting fit. This class is designed to promote physical fitness for kids ages 5-12 years of age. Classes available to the first 40 people.

Two 1 hour classes. 11:00 am - 12:00 pm & 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Ages 15 and up.
