Group Exercise

Designed for family members ages 9-90, this class incorporates resistance training, stretching, tai chi, yoga and circuit training. The session will help build strength, decrease body fat, and improve your balance and flexibilty. Most of all, it will be fun and a fantastic way to enjoy an hour of family time.

Enjoy the amazing outdoors during a 90-120 minute hike through beautiful Griffith Park. The trails are quite hilly and no shade is available, so please wear comfortable attire and walking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen as appropriate. Please use your own discretion or talk to your doctor to determine if this is the right type of physical activity for you. Drinks and snacks provided. Meet at the entrance to the Greek Theatre.

Get fit while you dance. This dynamic aerobic dance program uses Latin American-style dance and exercise moves set to a Latin beat. This class features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions that use fast and slow rhythms, stretching, and most importantly fun.

This class will give you a cardiovascular work­out while having fun. It is an easy way to get fit. 

This class is fun, energetic and will help kids get  in shape, improve their physical fitness, building self-esteem help to fight childhood inactivity, and provide a venue for making new friends. 

This class is a total-body workout that will help you tone and define your muscles.

Learn basic Yoga poses to combine breathing and awareness to build strength and flexibility, increase energy and relieve tension and stress all while moving at your own pace. Family Yoga is for ages 5 and up.

Class Level: Beginners-Intermediate-Advanced. Class available to the first 30 people.

This workout is a dynamic fitness program using Sala dance style moves. Come experience the exhilaration of moving your body to the rhythm of the music. This class features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms, stretching, and most importantly fun.

This class is designed to help you stay active. Learn how easy it is to maintain your cardio health and strengthen your muscles. You can exercise seated in your chair or stand up and exercise.
