Yoga On the Bluff wants to make sure everyone has access to yoga regardless of their financial situation. This is for everybody, move at your own pace and enjoy some sun.

Classes once a day 7 days a week

On the corner of Ocean and Junipero, on the bluff, overlooking the pacific ocean.

Get fit while you dance! This dynamic aerobic dance program uses Latin American-style dance and exercise moves set to a Latin beat. This class features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms, stretching and most importantly, fun.

Learn basic Yoga poses that combine breathing and awareness to build strength and flexibility. Yoga also increases energy and relieves tension and stress, and you’ll learn while moving at your own pace. Family Yoga is for ages 5 and up. Class Level: Beginners-Intermediate-Advanced. Class available to the first 30 people.

Want to get fit in a friendly group environment? Attend our Boot Camp! Build your endurance and strength through a variety of intense interval exercies. Challenge yourself and have fun!

This class promotes physical fitness for children ages 6 to 12. Kids will have fun while being active and developing healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Kids will have fun dancing to music while getting fit. This class is designed to promote physical fitness for kids ages 5-12. Classes available to the first 40 people.

Dance your way to fitness! Two 1-hour classes: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Ages 15 and up.
