This session helps adults understand the reasons why people smoke, the different ways to quit smoking, and how to overcome barriers and smoking triggers. 

 

Learn how to prevent and manage high blood pressure and high cholesterol. 

This class will help you learn how to prevent and manage high blood pressure and cholesterol.    

 

  • Learn how to make better food choices and stay fit. Workshop is part of our Believe, Achieve & Succeed! Girl Empowerment Series. 
  • Due to limited space, pre-registration is required. Visit or call the Sunkist Library to register beginning January 9, 2017.
  • Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 workshops in the series in order to receive a tote bag filled with books and cool stuff.
  • Workshop is for ages 12-18 years old.
