This free workshop provides instruction on basic CPR and first aid for adults, children and infants. Learn lifesaving skills and get certification to help protect or save someone's life. Get certified to save lives! In this free workshop, you will learn the basic steps of CPR and first aid on adults, children and infants. Once you complete the course, you'll receive a certification card and you'll know what to do in a life-threatening emergency. This class is in English.

This presentation is designed to help participants become aware of the high incidence of domestic violence within our community. Topics discussed in class will include recognizing the different forms of violence, the cycle of violence and the power and control cycle.
