Come to the Martin Luther King Center for Public Health - Community Healing and Trauma Prevention Center every other Monday to learn about gardening and nutrition. 

 

The purpose of this parent and provider workshop is to discuss the importance of proper nutrition for children. Information, tips, and facts on healthy eating habits.will be provided on how to ensure your child has the nutrients they need daily. No child care will be provided.

Join yoga therapist and holistic nutritionist Mona Sharma for a detoxing yoga flow and interactive nutrition talk to create your best health in 2019! The class will include a 40 minute yoga session with breathing, flow and fascial release, followed by a 20 minutes of takeaway tips with Q&A for your health to thrive.
