Everyone with Diabetes Counts | Langley Senior Center


Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) works with the Medicare population to provideengaging programs where you can learn how to manage diabetes. These programs take place in your local area. HSAG offers diabetes education classes as part of the Everyone with Diabetes Counts program to help you make small lifestyle changes and learn about diabetes and how it affects your health. Have fun with friends and family while learning how to manage diabetes through these free educational classes. Each class lasts two hours, and the entire course is six weeks long, with one class per week. Sign up today by contacting the person listed for the class you wish to attend.

*Must be a member of Regal, Lakeside, and ADOC, on Medicare, or 65 years or older and attend all six classes to receive a $100 gift card for the workshops listed below. Non-members who are on Medicare and 65 years or older are elgible to receive a $40 gift card. Gift card will be given to participants upon completion of all six classes.  Non-eligible participants are encouraged to attend, but are not eligible to receive a gift card.
