211 Program Manager
Laura Mejia has been with 211 LA County for nearly 30 years.  She has vast knowledge and experience in the I&R field including case management and providing direct services.  In her current role as Program Director she is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring processes to ensure contract compliance.  This position requires her to be involved with all aspects of the operations to meet contractual requirements and raise the level of service quality delivered to the residents of Los Angeles County.

Laura has a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree at California State University, Long Beach.
