Administrative Entities ( Public Assistance Issues )
The agency provides administrative services for the Bureau of Special Operations, Research, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Divsion. Services include administrative entities for public assistance issues. There are no geographic restrictions.
The Central Helpline provides certificates/forms assistance to current and former recipients of pubic benefits who need to document their receipt of aid and to persons needing to document that they never received assistance for IRS, public housing program and other purposes. Reports provided include types of aid, amounts and dates received.
