Adult Diversion ( Drug Use Disorders )

The program provides substance use disorder services for adults, age 18 and older. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to people who are homeless, low-income, people who have HIV/AIDS, pregnant women and ex-offenders and parolees. Services include adult diversion and comprehensive outpatient alcohol and drug use disorder treatment. There are no geographic restrictions.

The outpatient alcohol and drug use disorder treatment programs include individual and group counseling, alcohol and drug education, and twelve-step mutual support groups. The drug diversion program is court-approved and includes group counseling and drug education. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees for the outpatient programs are set on a sliding scale; Medi-Cal and private insurance are accepted. There are no fees at the Long Beach Multi-Service Center.
