Services are being provided virtually, call for additional information. The agency provides domestic violence services for adults, including court-ordered individuals, who live in Los Angeles County. Services include adult diversion for spouse/domestic partner abusers, anger management, child abuse counseling for child abusers and spouse/domestic partner abuse counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.

211 L A County refers only to this private practice's court-approved domestic violence services; it does not refer to private practices for general mental health services.

The diversion class is a 52-week program that meets 2 hours a week. Separate groups are conducted for male and female batterers.

Parenting education participants receive certificates of completion and staff will provide progress reports to the court if necessary. There are two types of parenting classes.

Anger management is a 26-week program for court-ordered individuals; there is no time requirement for non court-ordered individuals.

Parent counseling is provided for parents who are involved in child abuse cases. The class is generally a 52-week program that meets once a week for two hours and includes a discussion of alternatives to physical discipline and therapy. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply; an appointment is required. Individuals must show proof of a court order, Picture ID and proof of income for all court-approved programs. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is a non-refundable $35 enrollment fee. All classes are $25 per session plus a $55 exit exam interview.
