The agency provides substance use disorder services for people who live in Los Angeles County. Services include adult alcohol use disorder education/prevention programs, comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment programs, specialized alcohol-related information and referral, twelve-step groups and drug testing.

The agency also provides community education and prevention about alcohol use disorder which is available through speakers and printed educational materials. Speakers are available for schools, community services groups and other agencies. Specialized alcohol-related information and referral offers information about community resources and referral to those services.

The comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment program is a 12 to 26 week program which includes alcohol education, individual and group counseling. The agency also provides several twelve-step mutual support groups including AA and Alanon, which are open to the public. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information and referral, or for an appointment for other services. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees for the outpatient programs are set on a sliding scale; no one is denied service for lack of funds.
