The agency provides family support to caregivers and family members who are caring for a person with Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia, memory loss and/or chronic illness who lives in Los Angeles County. Services include caregiver/care receiver support groups, caregiver training and mentoring programs for caregivers. There are no geographic restrictions.

Leeza's Care Connection has specially trained professionals who guides caregivers and their loved ones through the memory disorders process. Leeza's Care Connection also utilize agencies and organizations in the community to help serve the caregiver and their loved one who suffers from memory loss.

Support groups are for caregivers and their loved ones suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia, Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Caregiver courses are provided with the partnership of community organizations teaching caregivers to take care of themselves and to know the challenges of caring for their loved one with memory loss.
