The center provides substance use disorder services for adults and adolescents who live in Los Angeles County. Services include adult diversion, alcohol dependency support groups, central intake/assessment for alcohol and drug use disorders, comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment, comprehensive outpatient drug use disorder treatment, drug dependency support groups, first offender DUI programs. There are no geographic restrictions.

The drinking driver program is for court-referred first-offenders and includes alcohol education, individual and group counseling, and introduction to twelve-step mutual support groups.

Staff use an automated assessment tool to determine addiction severity and screen the participant's eligibility for specifically funded county-contracted alcohol and drug programs. Supportive services may include substance abuse education and referrals to other community services.

The comprehensive outpatient alcohol and drug treatment programs include individual counseling, alcohol and drug education and social activities.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply; an appointment is required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees vary for the DUI first offender program. Call for information. Medi-Cal is accepted for outpatient programs.
