The agency provides counseling services to children, adolescents and adults who live in Los Angeles County. Services are targeted to victims of physical and sexual abuse, neglect, endangerment and domestic violence. Services include adoption and foster/kinship care support groups, anger management, child abuse counseling, crime victim/witness counseling, parenting skills classes, and spouse/domestic partner abuse counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.

Counseling classes are available as group counseling, family counseling and individual counseling. Adolescent group counseling classes are size limited to eight clients. Adult counseling groups can have up to 20 participants. Counseling sessions are facilitated by Ph.D.s, interns, trainees and licensed marriage counselors. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply or for service; an appointment is required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Some services are free, some fees are on a sliding scale $0 to $70.
