The agency provides child abuse services for at risk families with children age 5 or younger and support for at risk pregnant women in the Antelope Valley area. Service includes case/care management and child abuse prevention. Services are restricted to families within SPA 1.

The Partnership for Families program is for Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) referred families and pregnant women who are at risk for child maltreatment due to risk factors such as domestic violence, substance abuse and/ or mental health issues, including maternal depression. Direct services include case management; crisis counseling; parenting education; information and referrals to community resources such as food, clothing, shelter, transportation; in-home visitation; crisis intervention; family advocacy; support groups; and substance abuse, domestic violence and mental health services.
