Children's Library Services

The library maintains a collection of books, magazines, and multimedia material that is available to Los Angeles County residents of all ages. Services include foreign language collections, general library services, public internet access, and volunteer opportunities. There are no geographic restrictions.
The library also provides research services for Cerritos Library cardholders and opportunities for schoolchildren to take tours of the facility. The library also has an Access Plus room for people with disabilities. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in for information or assistance; call ahead to book tours of the library. To obtain a free library card, patrons must live, work or attend school in Cerritos or be an active member of the United States Armed Forces residing in California. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is no fee for local residents; non-residents pay $100 per year.
