Provider: GLENDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE - CONTINUING AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION DIVISION - GARFIELD CAMPUS

The division provides adult education primarily for people age 18 and older who live in the Glendale, La Crescenta, and Montrose areas. Services include citizenship education, continuing education, English as a Second Language, GED instruction and GED test sites. There are no geographic restrictions.

Classes include arts, business, computers, ESL classes at 5 levels, GED and HiSET preparation and exams and personal enrichment classes. It also offers on-site training programs for local businesses and industries.

Citizenship preparation classes are 16 weeks in length, and prepare people to take the INS interview. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call, walk in or visit the website for information or to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are fixed fees for community service classes. There are no fees for ESL, citizenship preparation or business classes.
