The agency provides technology services to people in Los Angeles County. Services include computer and related technology classes and public internet access sites. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency provides a computer lab for open internet access and a computer literacy program where people can learn the basics of computer operations, such as using a mouse, typing, and how to use the internet. Literacy classes are offered on software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Publisher.

The agency also offers computer workshops that focus on areas such as social media and professional development. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in during open lab hours or call to register for computer classes outside of open lab hours. No ID is required, however, at some sites individuals may be asked to register with the center in which the computer classes are offered and they may require ID, proof of income and residence. Call the agency for specific required documentation. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
