Disability Related Transportation
Provider: PEOPLE COORDINATED SERVICES OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, INC. - MULTIPURPOSE SENIOR CENTER
The agency provides transportation services for adults, age 60 and older and individual of any age with disabilities who live in Westchester (90045) and in Los Angeles 90008, 90043, 90056 and 90066. Services include disability related transportation and senior ride programs. Geographic restrictions apply.
Transportation services include door-to-door services for seniors and disabled individuals 18 years and older who are unable to access the public transportation system. Transportation is provided to medical appointments, shopping and to other destinations. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information to apply, call to schedule transportation. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is a $1.00 fee per round trip.
