The program entails a home visit by an early childhood specialist once a week for a 90 minute session, where the parent and facilitator disuss child development and observe the baby, and learn methods of infant care that promote good and healthy development. Twice a month the families convene at the center for a center based program and socialization time for the young children. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or to apply.
