The agency provides community action groups services, targeted to the Central American Communities, to individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include ethnic advocacy groups, immigration rights groups, and minority business development. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program's goal is to build links with other disenfranchised minority communities.

Services provided include technical assistance in setting up cooperatively owned and run cultural cafes; setting up various community organizing projects; coalition with other Latino community-based organizations.

The program also gathers and compiles information about human rights violations in Central America. The processed information is published in agency literature used for lobbying purposes, and is made available to other human rights groups for research and publication. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information or to apply for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services; however a donation is requested.
