The agency provides ex-offender services for reentry individuals and families in Los Angeles. Services include ex-offender halfway houses. Services are restricted to SPA 6.

The agency partners with the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Office of Diversion and Reentry to provide community based recovery for individuals through their Restoration Reentry Residence program. The program accepts individuals with mental illness, emotional disabilities or substance use disorders, including those who are homeless. The program also supports individuals who are mentally incompetent to stand trial, who have medical agility problems, are pregnant and on probation, or are victims of human trafficking.

Residents receive three meals per day, amenties for self-care, clothing and a home environment. Supportive services include family reunification, mentorship, cognitive behavioral therapy, support groups, assistance with legal services and restorative justice planning. Case managers assist residents with independent life skills planning and may help obtain California ID's, social security cards, state birth certificates, permanent resident cards, public benefits, employment or education services and transportation. Referrals and connections to additional services may also be available as needed. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information; a referral is required from 211 or the LA County DHS Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR). Self-referrals are not accepted. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
