The program provides mental health services for people who live in Arcadia, Duarte, Monrovia, Sierra Madre and Temple City. Services include family counseling; general addictions/dependencies support groups; general counseling services for adults, adolescents and children; individual counseling; and marriage counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.

The counseling center which provides individual, conjoint and family counseling services in a supportive Christian environment for adults, adolescents and children from any area. People need not be affiliated with the church to apply. Substance abuse counseling is available. Services are not provided for people dealing with any type of psychosis.

The Outreach Counseling Division serves couples, individuals, families and children. The MFT therapists focus is on marriage, family and parent-child conflicts. The program can also serve substance abusers. Counseling specialties not covered by the program are referred out to other counseling agencies.

The support group, called Celebrate Recovery, is a free Christ-centered program that addresses and helps with hurts, habits and hang-ups. The group meets once a week.
