General Paratransit/Community Ride Programs

The center provides transportation services for older adults age 60 and older who live in the 8th and in the upper portion of the 15th Council Districts of South Central Los Angeles. Services include disability related transportation, general paratransit/community ride programs, medical appointments transportation and senior centers, senior ride programs. Services are restricted to residents of zip codes 90001, 90002, 90003, 90007, 90037, 90044, 90047, 90059, 90061, 90062, 90247, and 90248.
The transportation income support/material aid program arranges door-to-door transportation for seniors and disabled persons to medical or other appointments or other business. APPLICATION PROCEDURES Call to apply or to arrange services. There is a 24 hour advance notice required for transportation services.
