California Connected Contact Tracing Program
Contact tracing is a simple, confidential process that has been used by public health departments for decades to slow the spread of infectious disease and avoid outbreaks. California is using contact tracing to connect with people who are COVID-19 positive, so they can help them get medical care and figure out who they might have exposed without knowing it, so those individuals can be contacted, too. Through this process, everyone will get information on how to protect themselves and others.
