Lawyer Complaints
Provider: STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA
The association provides services to consumers of legal services in California. Services include consumer education, lawyer complaints, and lawyer referral services. There are no geographic restrictions.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Call for information; call the designated hotline to make an attorney complaint; attorney complaint forms may also be downloaded from the agency website; all complaints should be filed on the official form and mailed to the main San Francisco office address.
FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE
There are no fees for consumer services. Printed materials available on the website have various cost.
