Provider: SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL RAIL AUTHORITY

The agency provides rail transportation services for residents of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties in Southern California. Metrolink operates seven regional rail lines. There are no geographic restrictions.

The Metrolink Customer Service Center provides information about rail routes and schedules. Staff answer questions about other services such as the discount programs; and refer or transfer callers to appropriate departments for additional services. The center provides lost and found services for customers who lose or find items on the trains. Printed materials such as timetables, informational brochures and maps are also available.

L A County Sheriff's Department provides security on the MetroLink train system, and operate a Metro Sheriff's Hotline for security measures. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call the customer service center for information. Riders can also get detailed train routes through the Metrolink website. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE One-way, round-trip tickets, 7-day pass tickets, monthly passes and weekend day passes are available for various fares. Discounted fares are available for seniors, people with disabilities and students. Tickets are also available using the Metrolink mobile app.
