The agency provides self help groups for adults who live in Los Angeles County. Services include mental health related support groups. Participants in the mental health group must be in compliance with any prescribed medications. There are no geographic restrictions.

The mental health support group is a healthy living group which covers topics such as depression, anxiety and emotional problems. The group uses the MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) Study Guide; books and materials are provided.
