Multiple Offender DUI Programs
Provider: CLARE FOUNDATION - DRUG COURT
The program provides alcohol use disorder services for people of all ages. Services include drop-in services, alcohol education and prevention, a court-referred drinking driver program, comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment, medically assisted alcohol detoxification and twelve-step groups, and parenting education services. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides outpatient services including case management for men and women who are trying to maintain sobriety. Individuals participate in support and peer groups and work with a case manager.
The court-referred drinking driver program is for first and second-time offenders. It includes alcohol education, individual counseling and twelve-step groups.
The program provides parenting education services targeted, but not restricted, to parents with substance abuse problems. The 15 week two hour parenting class meets one time a week. The 15 week class will run year around. The class is a group counseling session facilitated by a service coordinator, and is available only at the agency's Culver City location. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call the central intake and assessment numbers for information or walk in for drop-in services. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for most drop-in services; fees for the first-offender drinking driver program are $428 for three months, $580 for six months, and $826 for nine months; the second offender fees are $891 for twelve months and $1,048 for 18 months.
