The church provides emergency food for residents of Altadena. Services include ongoing emergency food assistance and occasional emergency food assistance. The program provides emergency food for low-income people in Altadena, including people who are homeless and persons who are undocumented. The program provides groceries consisting of such items as canned and packaged dried goods; staples such as flour, rice and beans. People may be served once a month; homeless people may be served every two weeks. Services are restricted to Altadena residents; however, individuals from outside Altadena may be eligible to receive service one time. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply; an appointment is required. CAID or CADL and proof of residence are required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is no fees for service.
