Occasional Emergency Food Assistance
Provider: ACTION FOOD PANTRY
The program provides emergency food services for families, individuals, seniors, disabled individuals and the homeless in East San Gabriel Valley. Services include ongoing and occasional emergency food. There are no geographic restrictions.
Food is distributed on Thursday's 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
Action clients may visit the pantry once a month as long as they have a need. Seniors and disabled individuals may visit twice a month. Homeless individuals can visit once a week.
The food pantry accepts food donations from many sources in the valley as well as from Regional Food Bank. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in for service. Picture ID and proof of address (such as a current utility bill) are required for new clients. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
