The agency provides emergency food for people who live in Culver City, Inglewood, Mar Vista, Palms, Venice, Santa Monica; or Los Angeles zip code 90025, 90034, 90036, 90064, and 90066. The agency serves people who live in Culver City, Inglewood, Mar Vista, Palms, Venice, Santa Monica; or Los Angeles zip code 90025, 90034, 90036, 90064, and 90066.

The ongoing food program is for housed families and provides a bag of groceries once per week, depending upon the number of people in the family, their income, and their expenses. The bag of groceries may contain USDA surplus foods and other items which have been donated like rice, beans, flour, honey, canned goods, bread and fresh produce. Baby food, formula and diapers may also be provided. The bag usually contains enough food for one to two days.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply for ongoing emergency food; an appointment is required to apply for the program which is conducted at the Family Center. Eligible applicants will be interviewed and assigned a day to pick up food on a regular basis. Picture ID is preferred, but not required; proof of residence and proof of income are required.
