The agency provides in-home support services for older adults, adults with disabilities, and children, who live in Los Angeles County. Services include attendant services, homemaking assistance, housekeeping assistance, personal care, respite care, and transitional case and care management. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program provides services for all ages. Staff caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Staff provide assistance with personal care and support for daily activities, including bathing, toileting assistance, personal hygiene, dressing and meal preparation. The agency also provides complete care for individuals who are bedridden. Homemaking assistance is available to help with housekeeping, meal preparation, pet care, and errands.

Transportation and accompaniment services are available for individuals who need transportation to medical and lab appointments. Transportation services are available for running errands.

Respite care is provided for short-term and intermittent house making, personal care and companionship services. Services are provided to relieve primary caregivers. Awake and asleep staff are on-call to provide support for caregivers.

The Safe Discharge program provides a trained professional who assists in the safe transition of a client from the hospital to their home or other care facility. The professional stays with the client during the discharge and transition process. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for service; an appointment is preferred. ID is required, social security card and passports are accepted. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees are set on a sliding scale that ranges from $18 to $22 per hour. For 24 hour care the fees are $495 per day. There can be additional fees if more intensive care is needed. Private insurance, TRICARE, Workers Compensation insurance, and V.A. benefits are accepted.
