Recreational Facilities ( Youth )

Provider: CITY OF CULVER CITY PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES

The agency provides youth services to children and youth ages 6 through 17 who live in Culver City and surrounding areas. Services include arts and crafts instructions, drop in center services, extended day care, homework help programs, job search/placement services and recreational facilities. There are no geographic restrictions.

Drop in center services are provided in the agency's Teen Center. Activities include homework assistance, crafts and games, a computer lab, game room, sports, etc. The program is targeted to youth ages 11 to 17.

Extended day care is provided in the agency's homework assistance after-school programs. Services, which include homework help, arts and crafts instruction, games and free play, are provided in the agency's CCARP (Culver City After School Recreation Program) and MSASP (Middle School After School Program) programs. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information; walk in to apply for services and pay fees. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE CCARP: $30 per week for residents, $40 per week for non residents.

MSASP: $50 per week, $45 per week for second child enrolled.

Teen Program: There are no fees for residents of Culver City and students attending grades six through twelve in Culver City Schools.

Recreational Facility: Fees range from $4 to $60 depending on activity.
