The agency provides recreational programs for people of all ages who live, primarily, in Downtown Los Angeles. Services are provided from this and four satellite sites in Downtown Los Angeles. Services include physical fitness, recreational/leisure/arts instruction, recreational activities/sports, residential camps, wellness programs, and Y Facilities. There are no geographic restrictions.

The center has a fully equipped exercise room with weight machines, a gymnasium, a running track, tennis courts and racquetball courts.

Classes offered include yoga, aerobics, cycling, dance, pilates, water fitness, and non-impact exercise for seniors.

A week-long residential camp located in the Big Bear Mountains, is available in the summer. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in to apply for membership. People who apply for financial assistance for membership costs must present picture ID and proof of income such as a check stub.

Call or apply online for the residential camp. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees for membership vary. Different rates apply to families. No one is turned away due to inability to pay. There are fixed fees for residential camp; financial aid may be available for those who qualify.
