Services include helplines/warmlines, parenting materials, runaway/homeless youth hotlines and internet and telephone crisis intervention. The 24-hour hotline is available for crisis and problems such as, but not limited to anger; anxiety and stress; bullying; chemical dependency; depression; emotional, physical and sexual abuse; parenting problems; relationship problems; runaway youth; school issues and suicide prevention.

The hotline website www.yourlifeyourvoice.org offers tips on how to deal with challenging situations; a bulletin board where teens ask questions regarding different topics that are answered by counselors; and journal pages where teens can download and print worksheets to help them work through issues and create solutions.

The agency has a database of agencies and services nationwide and can refer to an agency in the callers area and provide follow-up support.
