The center provides housing services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Services include housing counseling and specialized information and referral. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to the Korean speaking community. There are no geographic restrictions.
Specialized information and referral is available for comprehensive homeownership programs, pre-purchase and post-purchase counseling, and foreclosure counseling.
Housing counseling includes pre-purchase and post-purchase information, budgeting information and mortgage delinquency counseling. The agency is approved by Los Angeles Housing Department to provide a home buyer education class. Staff may also assist with employment development and public benefits applications. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for service. Appointment required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
