The program provides domestic violence services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Services include domestic violence hotlines, spouse/domestic partner abuse prevention, and volunteer opportunities. There are no geographic restrictions.

The 24-hour hotline provides information about family violence, referrals to a variety of supportive services, and crisis counseling.

The program provides domestic violence prevention through community presentations to agencies and groups about the incidence, effects and dynamics of family violence. Presentations may include films and printed educational materials.

The agency also trains adults who are interested in volunteering. The volunteer training program includes material about domestic violence, the variety of needs a battered individual may have, crisis intervention, counseling techniques and referral resources. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
