A college readiness program follows students through home and school placement changes over a six year period and offers academic preparation, tutoring, college tours, workshops and one-on-one relationships to help youth prepare to graduate from high school and attend college. A comprehensive career program is available for youth transitioning from foster care to independence. Services include aptitude testing, pre-employment training workshops, resume and interview preparation, job search assistance, and referrals for vocational training.

The College Sponsorship Program offers a $15,000 five-year financial commitment to between 30 and 45 Los Angeles County graduating seniors and up to five transfer students each year.
