Welfare Rights Assistance ( Hard of Hearing )

The agency provides advocacy for Los Angeles County residents who are deaf or hard of hearing. Welfare rights assistance is provided to help people obtain benefits and services to which they are entitled, such as TANF, Medi-Cal and SSI. There are no geographic restrictions.

Usually, for a sign language interpreter a week's notice is required. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for client services; monthly event flyer mailings $10 per year.
