As 211 LA County’s Workforce and IT Supervisor, Minh Dang is responsible keeping 211 LA County’s core service of a 24 hour, 7 days a week call center running smoothly and efficiently. As Workforce Manager, Minh handles the forecasting, staff planning, scheduling and performance management of 211 LA County’s call center. He also serves as Telecom Manager, overseeing the programming and administration of the call center phone system, and as IT Supervisor, managing the Help Desk, system, administration, and IT assets.
Minh specializes in data management and analysis. Prior to 211 LA, Minh served as Vice President of Software Support at Bank of America.
